Ingredients:

  • o 142 gr butter.
  • o 200 gr or 1 cup of flour.
  • o 15 gr sugar.
  • o ¾ teaspoon salt.
  • o Cold water to touch.

Instructions
 

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Grate the butter and mix all the above ingredients with your hands. Don't add too much water, just enough so that the dough is not dry and can be easily detached.
  • Do not develop gluten.
  • In a rectangular shape, transfer the dough onto a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll it out and place any kind of filling in the center, then bring the corners towards the center of the filling.
  • Bake it until golden or for 30 minutes.
  • Let it cool down.
